Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you're unhappy with any of your items, you may return them for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All sales are final and no refunds are accepted at this time. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without a proof of purchase. Once order is placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.

Here are some things to consider with returning:

  • Return shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • If item shows any signs of use such as smell and/or stains upon return, we have the right to deny the product and your return will be sent back to you.
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, Boosting Momentum reserves the right to limit returns/refunds if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
  • Returns and exchanges are currently only available in the United States 

How to initiate a return:

  1. Please inform us of your return or exchange by sending a message using our Contact Us page. Include your name and order number in the message as well as the reason why you would like to return or exchange your item.
  2. When packaging your item, make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name - both clearly included as the minimum information needed. This can be placed on the outside of the package or inside on a slip of paper.
  3. Send your returns using a tracked method, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 
  4. Returns shipping address will be provided via email.
